Important Information
Eligibility
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it so that our team can review your request.
Product Condition
Products should be unused, unopened and, where applicable, returned in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances may not be eligible for return unless the product is faulty, damaged or otherwise qualifies under applicable consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Refunds
Where a return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and assessed. Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method, subject to the circumstances of the return.
